Exchanges and/or returns(for UE member countries)

If you are not satisfied after receiving the shipment, Miss Pepa.com allows you 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item, provided that the article has not been used and is in perfect condition. Miss Pepa.com, will not accept items that are not in their original packaging. Also they must still have all the labels in position, both inside and out. The proof of purchase received with the order must be presented.

Change of size, within the same item and colour, are permitted. Exchanges for other models are not allowed.

All refunds will be made by certified mail, with acknowledgment of receipt or by MRW agency, office 28026 Madrid, with all expenses borne by the sender.  Miss Pepa.com will not freight collect returns, nor shall be responsible for returns that do not reach the specified points.

Returned items will be carefully inspected, a size change will be processed if requested, and shipping will be arranged.  Expenses incurred due to size changes will be charged to the buyer.

When dealing with a final return, the product will be examined and, if it is in perfect condition, a refund for the purchase amount will be made within 15 days, using the same method as payment. Miss Pepa.com reserves the right to refuse returns after the stipulated time limit, or items not found in the conditions specified beforehand.

Returns of a defective product.

Notification must be made immediately via the "Contact" section in the website, explaining the characteristics of the defect observed in the item. An answer by email will be sent, where details about the replacement or refund of the defective product will be specified.

In case of a complete return of a defective product, the amounts paid for the products found to have a flaw or defect will be refunded in full using the same method of payment used for purchase and shipping.
